Senior Architect – Project Management & Design

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect who can combine strong design expertise with end‑to‑end project management. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to translate their vision into detailed architectural solutions and oversee the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to capture requirements, vision, and project goals.
• Develop architectural concepts, presentations, and detailed design documentation.
• Manage projects from initial planning through design, execution, and final handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D visualisations, and presentation materials.
• Ensure design quality, adherence to timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Support business development by presenting creative and practical design solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong communication and client‑management abilities.
• Experience in interior design, fit‑out, and turnkey projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion.
• Professional portfolio showcasing previous projects, designs, renderings, and completed works.
