Senior Associate Payroll

About the role

Join the House of AMOUAGE to ensure accurate, seamless payroll operations across Oman and the UAE. You will manage end‑to‑end payroll processing while supporting the transition to the new HR and payroll system, Darwinbox.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly payroll cycle for Oman and the UAE, from data collection to salary disbursement.
• Liaise with HR Operations to gather new‑joiner salaries, deductions and changes before each cutoff.
• Maintain accurate records of all payroll variables and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and submit payroll files on time, upload bank payment files and journal vouchers.
• Support Darwinbox configuration, data integrity checks and process validation ahead of go‑live.
• Handle all payroll and employee data with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on payroll processing experience, with GCC payroll experience essential.
• Familiarity with Oman and UAE payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated integrity, discretion and high attention to detail.
• Experience with Darwinbox payroll is strongly preferred.
• Experience with payroll system migrations or implementations is a strong advantage.
• Proactive communicator able to flag risks early and work to tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working across multiple payroll cycles simultaneously.
