Senior Audio-visual Producer / Editor

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Senior Audio-visual Producer / Editor to support the EU’s communication outreach across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf. You will create and edit high‑quality video content that strengthens the visibility and impact of EU policies and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and edit videos for social media, websites, events and other digital channels.
• Edit interviews, documentaries, promotional clips and short‑form multimedia content.
• Coordinate filming, post‑production and quality‑assurance processes.
• Develop motion graphics, subtitles and visual effects as required.
• Collaborate with communication specialists, campaign managers and graphic designers to ensure coherent visual storytelling.
• Ensure all outputs comply with EU branding, accessibility and communication guidelines.
• Support multimedia production for press activities, stakeholder engagement and events.

Required profile

• Degree or professional training in audio‑visual production (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of general experience in audio‑visual production.
• At least 3 years of experience producing and editing professional‑quality video.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
• Ability to create motion graphics, subtitles and visual effects.
