Senior Campaign Specialist – Multi‑Channel Communications

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Senior Campaign Specialist to support DG MENA in delivering strategic communication campaigns that promote EU policies across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf. The role is short‑term, on‑demand and will run for up to 36 months.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated multi‑channel communication campaigns.
• Develop campaign concepts, messaging frameworks and detailed communication plans.
• Coordinate activities across digital, social media, press and offline channels.
• Identify target audiences and recommend outreach and engagement strategies.
• Support the production of communication materials and campaign content.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and prepare recommendation reports.
• Collaborate with communication teams, creative agencies, media partners and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities align with DG MENA’s objectives and EU visibility guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication or advertising.
• Fluent English.
• At least 5 years of general experience in communication/marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing and implementing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Experience with EU‑funded or public‑sector campaigns is an asset.
