Senior Civil Engineer

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector to lead structural design projects across its global portfolio. You will work on complex platform, pipe‑rack and building designs, ensuring compliance with international codes while supporting on‑site construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structural design of offshore platforms, pipe racks and civil buildings such as shelters and warehouses.
• Perform detailed analysis using STAAD and other engineering tools.
• Ensure designs meet international structural codes and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate civil works into overall project solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance during on‑site construction phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• At least 5 years of on‑site construction experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience with international structural codes and standards.
• Hands‑on experience in platform, pipe‑rack and building design.

• STAAD software for structural analysis.
