About the role
Site‑based Senior Field Quantity Surveyor needed for an Oil & Gas project in Muscat, Oman. The role requires client‑side experience and a strong background in mechanical piping quantity surveying.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for the project.
- Handle claims and ensure compliance with contractual frameworks.
- Coordinate with civil and electrical disciplines to support project delivery.
- Provide technical communication and reporting in English.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
- Client‑side experience on Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- Mechanical piping QS experience is mandatory.
- Chartered certification (RICS, CIOB or equivalent).
- Civil and electrical knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong English and technical communication skills.
