Senior Fund Manager – Private Markets & Real Assets

About the role

The Senior Fund Manager – Private Markets & Real Assets is a senior investment professional responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring and monitoring investments across private‑market strategies such as real estate, infrastructure, private credit and private equity. The role blends transaction execution with ongoing portfolio‑management discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, screen and develop private‑market opportunities through relationships with sponsors, developers, asset managers and institutional partners.
• Lead underwriting activities, including financial modelling, valuation, sensitivity analysis and commercial assessment.
• Coordinate legal, tax, technical, operational and ESG due‑diligence, highlighting key risks and mitigants.
• Support structuring of funds, co‑investments, separate accounts and other investment vehicles, reviewing terms, governance rights and liquidity provisions.
• Prepare decision‑ready investment memoranda and manage transaction execution through closing deliverables.
• Monitor portfolio companies, real assets and fund managers against investment cases, valuations and performance milestones.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to lead underwriting, due‑diligence and transaction execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk assessment and portfolio monitoring.
• Capability to work within approved mandates, governance frameworks and regulatory guidelines.
