Senior HSE Supervisor

About the role

The Senior HSE Supervisor will lead health, safety and environment initiatives on an industrial site, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards. This role reports to site management and works closely with contractors and client HSE teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HSE procedures and management systems on site.
• Conduct HSE audits, routine inspections (scaffolding, electrical, cranes, etc.) and fire‑fighting equipment checks.
• Prepare risk assessments, recommend corrective actions and approve HSE permits.
• Lead incident investigations and update the monthly HSE scorecard.
• Deliver HSE trainings, toolbox talks and promote safety awareness among contractors.
• Manage hazard reporting, action tracking registers and ensure positive client HSE relations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in safety or HSE roles within industrial environments.
• Relevant HSE certifications, preferably OSHA General Industry.
• Proven ability to work with site management and client HSE teams.
