About the role
The Senior HSE Supervisor will lead health, safety and environment initiatives on site, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Implement HSE procedures and management systems on site.
- Perform HSE audits, inspections (scaffolding, electrical, cranes) and risk assessments.
- Review and approve HSE permits and hazard reporting registers.
- Conduct HSE trainings, toolbox talks and update monthly HSE scorecards.
- Participate in management meetings and investigations of HSE incidents.
- Maintain positive relations with client HSE teams and resolve related complaints.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of safety experience.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Ability to lead investigations and improve contractor safety awareness.
Required skills
- OSHA certification (General Industry).
- HSE auditing and permit review.
- Risk assessment and corrective action planning.
- Inspection of fire fighting and protection equipment.
