Senior National Wholesale Manager

About the role

The Senior National Wholesale Manager will lead the development and management of AWASR's national and international wholesale business for Data & Voice services. Reporting to the VP Wholesale, the role focuses on revenue growth, gross‑profit generation and cost savings through strategic carrier negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of the wholesale strategy across buy and sell sides.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and service level agreements with national and international carrier partners.
• Design wholesale products, pricing models, SLAs and related documentation (order forms, T&Cs, contracts).
• Prepare business cases, pricing models and product overviews for internal approvals.
• Manage participation in international telecom and wholesale events, including booths and speaker slots.
• Provide regulatory feedback on market wholesale relationships and reference access offers.
• Maintain organized records of agreements, amendments, network diagrams and sales pipelines.
• Perform first‑line revenue assurance by reconciling invoices and raising disputes.
• Support wholesale projects and assist the VP Wholesale in preparing C‑level presentations.

Required profile

• Senior‑level commercial professional with extensive experience in telecom wholesale.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and profit targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex carrier relationships.
• Strategic thinker capable of developing and implementing wholesale strategies.
• Excellent analytical abilities to build pricing models and business cases.
