Senior Performance Marketer – Remote

About the role

Jack Westin is seeking a senior performance marketer to own and scale its paid acquisition engine. Working remotely, you will drive all paid media efforts that bring pre‑med students into free MCAT strategy sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) plus display and retargeting.
• Build and present annual and quarterly media budget plans, including channel allocation, spend pacing, CPL projections and ROI expectations.
• Set up, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns—bid strategies, audience targeting, ad copy, and creative direction.
• Brief design teams on display ad formats, sizes, messaging hierarchy, and calls‑to‑action.
• Maintain conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and attribution setups, fixing known gaps.
• Deliver weekly performance reports covering spend, CPL, ROAS, and conversion metrics with actionable insights.
• Run structured creative and audience tests, document learnings, and iterate quickly.
• Identify and reallocate wasted spend; evaluate new channels and ad formats when justified.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on paid media management with full budget ownership.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Strong Meta Ads experience, including campaign structure, audience building, and creative testing.
• Proven experience with display advertising, retargeting, and ad‑format optimization.
