Senior Project Engineer

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead complex oil and gas projects worldwide. The role combines engineering expertise with project management to deliver value across the asset life‑cycle while ensuring safety, cost control and schedule performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary engineering teams to execute project scopes from concept to delivery.
• Manage project cost, schedule and resource plans, ensuring alignment with client and corporate targets.
• Identify, assess and mitigate technical and commercial risks throughout project development.
• Coordinate interfaces between stakeholders, contractors and internal functions to maintain seamless project flow.
• Drive HSE leadership and promote a culture of safety on all project activities.

Required profile

• 15+ years of engineering and project management experience, including at least 10 years in the oil & gas sector.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and communication skills.
