About the role

The Senior Project Manager/Engineer will lead complex projects within the Exploration & Production Engineering domain, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, and quality standards. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic planning, stakeholder management, and technical oversight to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring across the full project life‑cycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, providing clear direction and fostering collaboration.
• Maintain high standards of project quality management and risk mitigation.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Apply business analysis techniques to define requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee exploration and production engineering activities, ensuring technical excellence.
• Utilise IM&T practices and information‑communication technology to support project workflows.
