Senior Warehouse Manager

About the Role

Join Vodafone Oman, a key player driving the nation's economic and educational development in alignment with Oman Vision 2040. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Warehouse Manager to establish and maintain the operational excellence of our technological supply chains.

Main Missions

• Manage daily warehouse operations and lead a high-performing logistics team through training and mentorship.
• Oversee inventory control and auditing, utilizing ABC analysis and safety stock optimization to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics (inbound, outbound, and last-mile) for retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels.
• Manage reverse logistics, customs clearance, and TRA regulatory approvals.
• Optimize supply chain costs and investments through strategic negotiation with suppliers and carriers.
• Maintain and update ERP and WMS systems while generating high-level performance reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal operational policies.
• Conduct annual physical inventories and quarterly cycle counts to mitigate commercial risks.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the telecommunications or high-tech sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in inventory management techniques (ABC, safety stock).
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, including customs and TRA requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
