Service Technician – AWP

About the role

The Service Technician – AWP is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and overhauling mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment used in heavy‑equipment operations. The role involves on‑site fault handling, rapid response to client service requests, and ensuring safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, adjust, repair or overhaul mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform periodic maintenance on a wide range of heavy equipment such as manlifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts, and various crane types.
• Test repaired or assembled equipment to verify proper functioning and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support to customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage central warehouse order processing, spare‑parts inventory, and over‑stock planning.
• Handle regional spare‑parts sales, payment processing, and vehicle inspection for new machines.

Required profile

• Graduate or college diploma holder, preferably in Automotive.
• 1–3 years of experience in engineering or heavy‑equipment machinery service.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Oman driving licence.
