Service Technician – Concrete

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician specialized in concrete‑related heavy equipment to join our team in Oman. The role involves on‑site fault handling, routine maintenance and technical support for a range of machinery used in concrete production and placement.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, adjust, repair or overhaul mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform periodic maintenance on truck‑mounted pumps, mixers, trailer pumps, batching plants and placing booms.
• Test equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper functioning and compliance.
• Provide technical support to customers and maintain strong client relations.
• Ensure all work follows safety regulations and company procedures.
• Handle rapid on‑site service calls and field service requests.
• Manage central warehouse order processing and regular distribution plans.
• Oversee regional spare‑parts sales, payments and inventory, including receiving inspections and quality assurance.
• Collect and inspect service data, and manage vehicle inventory for new machines.

Required profile

• Graduate or college diploma, preferably in Automotive or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in heavy‑equipment service, especially concrete‑related machinery.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Oman driving licence.
