Service Technician – Concrete

About the role

We are seeking a Service Technician specialized in concrete equipment to deliver on‑site fault handling, routine maintenance and technical support for heavy machinery such as truck‑mounted pumps, mixers and batching plants.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, adjust, repair or overhaul mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform periodic maintenance on truck‑mounted pumps, truck mixers, trailer pumps, batching plants and placing booms.
• Test repaired or assembled equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance.
• Provide technical support to customers, maintain client relations and respond rapidly to service calls.
• Manage central warehouse orders, spare‑parts sales, inventory and vehicle inspections.

Required profile

• Graduate or college diploma, preferably in Automotive.
• 1–3 years experience in the concrete or heavy‑equipment industry.
• Familiarity with truck‑mounted pumps, mixers, trailer pumps, batching plants and placing booms.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Oman driving licence.
