About the role
New Alfa International is seeking experienced Skilled Dockers to join its port and container terminal team in Muscat, Oman. The position focuses on safe and efficient cargo handling, supporting loading and unloading operations while adhering to terminal procedures and strict HSE standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform loading and unloading of containers and cargo on the dock.
- Assist in various dockside operations, ensuring smooth flow of goods.
- Follow established port and terminal procedures.
- Maintain compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Collaborate with terminal staff to meet operational targets.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience in port terminal operations.
- Proven dockside or cargo‑handling background.
- Strong knowledge of port and terminal procedures.
- Ability to work safely in loading/unloading activities.
- Good understanding of HSE regulations.
- Effective English communication skills.
- Prior experience in GCC ports is preferred.
