Skilled Maintenance Workers – Plumbing, Masonry, Painting & Carpentry

About the role

We are looking for experienced maintenance professionals to join a facilities maintenance project in Muscat, Oman. Candidates can apply for a single trade – plumber, mason, painter or carpenter – and will work on a variety of commercial and industrial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Plumber: install and repair water‑supply and drainage systems, maintain pipes, valves, pumps, sanitary fixtures and water tanks, and locate and fix leaks or blockages.
• Mason: perform blockwork, plastering, tiling, concrete repairs and minor civil works, as well as repair walls, floors and damaged surfaces.
• Painter: prepare surfaces, sand, apply putty, and carry out interior and exterior painting using appropriate paint types and methods.
• Carpenter: repair and install doors, cabinets, partitions, ceilings and furniture, working with wood, laminates and standard carpentry tools.

Required profile

• Relevant trade certification or technical training (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in airports, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings or industrial environments.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance and respond to urgent requests.
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and proper tool use.
• Willingness to work according to the project schedule and independently.
