Social Media & Content Coordinator – Beauty Industry

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media and Content Coordinator to drive engaging digital communication for our beauty brand. You will create, schedule, and monitor content across multiple platforms while ensuring alignment with our brand identity and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Research, create and publish engaging posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Draft articles, newsletters, blogs and marketing materials that reflect the company’s voice.
• Coordinate content calendars and guarantee timely delivery across all communication touchpoints.
• Support the production of presentations, brochures, case studies, client success stories and promotional assets.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activities, including scheduling, publishing, monitoring and audience engagement.
• Monitor comments, messages and inquiries, routing responses to the appropriate departments.
• Assist in updating website content and other digital marketing assets.
• Track and report on social media performance, engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing or corporate communications.
• Strong copywriting, proofreading and content editing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced professional services environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube platforms.
• Experience using content scheduling and analytics tools.
• Basic graphic design skills with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
