Social Media & Content Coordinator – Beauty Sector

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Social Media and Content Coordinator to drive our brand presence across digital channels in the beauty industry. You will create, schedule, and monitor engaging content that aligns with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Research, create and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Draft articles, newsletters, blogs and marketing materials reflecting the brand identity.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery across all channels.
• Support the production of presentations, brochures, case studies and client success stories.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activities, including scheduling, publishing and audience engagement.
• Monitor comments, messages and inquiries, coordinating responses with relevant departments.
• Assist in updating website content and digital marketing assets.
• Track and report on social media performance, engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting, proofreading and editing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube platforms.
• Experience using content scheduling and analytics tools.
• Basic graphic design knowledge with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
