Specialist – Strategy & Performance

About the role

The Specialist – Strategy & Performance supports corporate planning, performance monitoring, and strategic execution across the organization. You will coordinate performance reporting, track operational initiatives, and help management monitor key business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and monitoring of corporate and departmental plans.
• Coordinate KPI tracking and performance reporting across departments.
• Monitor implementation progress of operational and strategic initiatives.
• Identify implementation gaps, operational challenges, and performance risks.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Support planning workshops, performance reviews, and governance activities.
• Assist in improving planning, reporting, and performance monitoring processes.
• Contribute to organizational improvement and transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in planning, performance management, operational coordination, PMO, or strategy support functions.
• Experience in KPI tracking, institutional reporting, or cross‑functional coordination is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
