Sponsorships and Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sponsorships & Partnerships Manager to expand E.A.T Co’s portfolio of strategic partners and sponsors in Muscat. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building relationships and delivering partnership commitments across a range of events and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and secure sponsorship and partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and present sponsorship proposals, commercial packages and tailored presentations.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage sponsor accounts throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of partnership deliverables and event activation.
• Represent E.A.T Co at client meetings, networking events and industry functions.
• Track opportunities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, business development or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, organised and target‑driven mindset.
• Excellent English proficiency; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
