Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our fashion retail store. The role focuses on delivering a seamless shopping experience, meeting financial targets, maintaining visual standards, and providing actionable feedback to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth day‑to‑day store operations.
• Drive the team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, NPS and DSES goals while keeping shrinkage below 0.2% of cost of sales.
• Conduct regular financial and stock audits, update and communicate the store dashboard, and manage budgets and expenses.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and back‑store replenishment processes.
• Handle employee records, including leave, performance, conduct history, and roster management.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing sales team; identify learning gaps and deliver training sessions.
• Implement security measures to prevent theft and ensure safety for customers and staff.
• Maintain relationships with mall management and coordinate with back‑office teams.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, aiming to exceed expectations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a customer‑centric retail role with management responsibility.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales KPIs.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field preferred.
