Supervisor – Loss Prevention

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety of guests, employees, and assets across the property. Working on the front line, you will lead security operations, respond to emergencies, and uphold the brand’s high standards of protection and service.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the hotel, secure rooms and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency‑response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to restricted zones.
• Provide first aid/CPR, contact EMS, and manage accidents or incidents.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcohol‑service regulations.
• Prepare detailed incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support management in training, coaching, and promoting a fair‑treatment culture.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality, safety, and respect for colleagues.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating CCTV and alarm monitoring systems.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Experience with key‑control procedures and access‑authorization processes.
• Knowledge of local alcoholic‑beverage control laws.
