Supervisor – Soft Services (Cleaning)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supervisor to lead our soft services operations in Muscat. The role focuses on managing housekeeping, cleaning, and waste management activities to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day soft services, including housekeeping, cleaning and waste handling.
• Ensure service delivery complies with quality, hygiene and safety requirements.
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct training as needed.
• Carry out regular site inspections and report findings to management.
• Coordinate with clients and internal managers to maintain smooth operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facility management or soft services supervision.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and best practices.
