Supply Chain Consultant – US-MENA Trade (High-Volume Outbound)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Consultant to drive US‑MENA trade through high‑volume outbound outreach. Based in Muscat Hills, you will prospect, qualify and close SMB clients in the United States, leveraging our technology stack to generate rapid sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 300 outbound calls per shift using the Parallel Dialer, achieving 45‑75 live conversations daily.
• Load prospect lists from Agile CRM, log outcomes instantly, and maintain a connect rate of 15‑25%.
• Set 10‑15 qualified discovery meetings per week and conduct 15‑20 minute virtual sessions to uncover client needs.
• Negotiate and close 4PL service agreements, handling pricing and terms.
• Onboard new clients in FGL Command TMS and coordinate with sourcing and procurement teams.
• Utilize Gemini AI for personalized messaging and follow‑ups.
• Track daily and weekly KPIs, including calls, live conversations, meetings, proposals, and new sign‑ups.

Required profile

• Native‑level English fluency for US‑based calls.
• At least 1 year of high‑volume outbound sales experience (telemarketing, freight brokerage, or B2B inside sales).
• Resilience to handle frequent rejections and maintain productivity.
• Comfort with adopting new technology tools quickly.
• Basic understanding of supply‑chain concepts or strong willingness to learn.
