About the role
Foreground is collaborating with a leading FMCG manufacturer in Oman to appoint a Supply Chain Manager. The role optimizes sourcing, logistics and distribution processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness while supporting high service standards. It is a full-time on-site position based in Muscat.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to delivery.
- Lead vendor management, contract negotiations and supplier performance.
- Implement inventory planning systems and demand forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards across logistics.
- Develop supply chain KPIs to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Industrial Engineering.
- 8+ years of supply chain experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems and supply chain analytics.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
