Supply Chain Sales Executive – US‑MENA Trade (High‑Volume Outbound)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Sales Executive to drive US‑MENA trade through high‑volume outbound outreach. You will prospect, qualify and close US‑based SMBs for our 4PL services, working night shifts from Muscat.

Key responsibilities

• Make 140+ outbound calls daily, achieving 20‑30 live conversations and logging outcomes in Agile CRM.
• Deliver the 15‑second Initial Benefit Statement, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery meetings.
• Conduct 5‑7 qualified virtual discovery meetings per week, overcome objections, and close new 4PL service agreements.
• Onboard new clients in FGL Command TMS, coordinate with sourcing and procurement teams, and pursue upsell opportunities.
• Utilise dialer, Agile CRM, Gemini AI and FGL Command TMS for quoting, follow‑ups and pipeline management.
• Track daily and weekly KPIs such as call attempts, live conversations, meetings set, proposals sent and new signed clients.
• Collaborate with internal desks and adhere to compliance and training requirements.

Required profile

• Native‑level English fluency for US‑based calls.
• Minimum 1 year of high‑volume outbound sales experience (telemarketing, freight brokerage or B2B inside sales).
• Resilience to handle frequent rejections and ability to work the 5 PM – 2 AM shift.
• Willingness to learn basic supply‑chain concepts and logistics processes.
• Comfort with technology and rapid adoption of new tools.
