Supply Coordinator – Fleet Operations

About the role

The Supply Coordinator will support all supply‑related activities within the fleet department, ensuring that vehicles, spare parts, uniforms and other materials are available when needed. You will work closely with drivers, vendors and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce driver behavior compliance with company SOPs, including quality standards, conduct, uniform and hygiene.
• Coordinate the supply and distribution of fleet‑related materials such as spare parts, uniforms and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and guarantee stock availability for daily operational needs.
• Track, follow‑up and escalate any non‑compliance related to the return of company merchandise from third‑party logistics providers.
• Conduct training and refresher sessions for drivers on behavior standards, application usage and policy updates.
• Collaborate with BI, Customer Support, Vendor Operations, Marketing and other teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Prepare and share regular operational reports on compliance, incidents and key issues with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply or logistics coordination, preferably in a fleet or transport environment.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance and supply procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
