Technical Draftsman

About the role

The Technical Draftsman will translate design concepts into precise shop and fabrication drawings for stone, marble, quartz, porcelain and related interior fit‑out projects. Working closely with designers, production supervisors and installers, you will ensure that every detail is accurately captured before manufacturing begins.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site measurements and produce detailed measurement reports.
• Create accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings and cutting layouts to optimise material usage.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve technical issues and adapt drawings to site conditions.
• Support the fabrication floor by clarifying drawing intent and performing quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on drafting experience in stone, marble, quartz, porcelain, kitchen countertop or interior fit‑out environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, CNC machining and production workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
