Technology Product & Client Lead

About the role

We are a technology consultancy that helps startups, SMEs and enterprises turn ideas into digital products. As the Technology Product & Client Lead you will act as the primary bridge between our clients and the technical team, ensuring every engagement delivers measurable business value and an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, build relationships with startups, SMEs and enterprise clients, and represent the company at networking events.
• Conduct discovery meetings, translate business challenges into product and technical requirements, and collaborate with the CTO to design suitable technology solutions.
• Guide clients in defining MVPs, product roadmaps and feature priorities, recommending modern cloud, AI and automation options.
• Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact, managing expectations, providing regular project reviews and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate project planning, timelines, budgets and risk management together with the development team, overseeing change requests, UAT, training and handover.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and future projects to grow the account.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, product discovery and technology consulting, preferably within a consultancy or digital agency.
• Strong ability to understand client business goals and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with a track record of managing long‑term client partnerships.
• Leadership mindset capable of coordinating cross‑functional teams and driving projects to successful delivery.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud platforms, AI technologies and automation solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, machine‑learning frameworks).
• Familiarity with product management concepts such as MVP definition, road‑mapping and feature prioritisation.
