Tendering Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Tendering Specialist to join our real‑estate investment and development fund in Muscat. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for overseeing the complete tendering cycle for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate and submit technical and commercial tender proposals.
• Develop procurement plans and ensure compliance with Oman tender board requirements.
• Analyse received bids, compare pricing and technical offers, and produce evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, finance and project teams.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and contractors to achieve best value.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on detailed tender analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tender management and proposal writing.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solving and organisational capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture or related field.
• Experience in real‑estate, consulting, contracting or investment sectors is an advantage.
