Therapy Area Representative – Commercial Portfolio

About the role

Novartis is seeking Omani nationals to join the Commercial Portfolio team as a Therapy Area Representative. In this customer‑focused position you will be the face of our brand, building deep relationships with healthcare professionals to deliver value for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data‑driven field engagement and deliver tailored omnichannel interactions using digital tools.
• Promote products in a compliant, high‑quality manner aligned with brand strategy and therapeutic priorities.
• Act as a trusted partner to HCPs by communicating clinical evidence, product value and appropriate use.
• Leverage “next best action” insights and digital platforms to maximise engagement impact.
• Capture and share field insights on customer needs, market dynamics and competitor activity to inform territory planning.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally while ensuring full compliance with company policies, ethical standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant education in a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of the Oman market (preferred).
• Proven track record of successful performance in a similar role.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to incorporate digital/AI tools into daily activities.
