Training Coordinator – Pizza QSR

About the role

The Training Coordinator will develop, deliver and manage training programs for frontline and supervisory staff across the company’s pizza restaurant outlets, ensuring consistent service quality and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for frontline and supervisory staff across pizza restaurant outlets.
• Create and update training materials, standard operating procedures and checklists.
• Coordinate product, service and operational training to ensure consistency across all branches.
• Observe store operations, identify performance and knowledge gaps, and implement targeted training sessions and refreshers.
• Schedule, track and maintain training records, providing regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with operations, HR and brand management to align training with business goals.
• Support rollout of new menu items, equipment and systems by preparing teams and providing on‑floor coaching.

Required profile

• Experience in training or operations within quick‑service restaurants, preferably pizza or similar concepts.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging classroom, on‑the‑job and practical training sessions for diverse learning styles.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety practices and ability to train teams on compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation, active listening and constructive coaching.
• Basic data and reporting skills to track training completion and assess performance improvements.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business or a related field.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) – advantage.
