Vice President - Digital & Innovation

About the role

The Vice President – Digital & Innovation leads the organization’s digital‑transformation, innovation, service‑innovation and strategic‑partnership agenda. Reporting to the CEO, this role defines priorities, governs the innovation portfolio and ensures that digital investments deliver measurable business value, improve customer and employee experiences, and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and direct the overall Digital & Innovation strategy, setting priorities for transformation, service development and partnerships.
• Identify emerging technologies, business models and market trends with potential organizational value.
• Prioritise and govern the enterprise digital‑transformation and innovation portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, risk assessment and resource availability.
• Oversee the evaluation, adoption and scaling of digital capabilities and technology‑enabled service offerings.
• Establish and monitor governance frameworks for digital initiatives, innovation experiments, service development and strategic partnerships.
• Report progress, outcomes, investment performance and material risks to the CEO and executive leadership.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive experience in digital transformation, technology, innovation or related fields.
• Proven track record leading enterprise‑wide transformation programs and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong commercial and strategic partnership experience, including working directly with CEOs and executive teams.
• Deep understanding of AI, digital platforms, emerging technologies, data and technology‑enabled services.
