Welding Inspector – CBT Passed

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Welding Inspector who has successfully passed the Computer‑Based Test (CBT) for welding inspection. The role involves ensuring that welding activities meet industry codes, standards, and project specifications across industrial, construction, or oil‑and‑gas environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of welds according to relevant codes and standards.
• Document inspection results, generate reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance.
• Support continuous improvement of welding procedures and quality assurance processes.

Required profile

• Strong background in welding inspection with hands‑on knowledge of welding processes and typical defects.
• Experience in industrial, construction, or oil‑and‑gas settings, preferably in the GCC region.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field is preferred.
