About the role

Halliburton is seeking an experienced Well Site Supervisor (Level I) to lead contractual operations at a well site in Muscat, Oman. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of well services while coordinating with internal product service lines and third‑party subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day field operations and manage move‑in, rig‑up, rig‑down, and move‑out activities.
• Prepare and maintain a daily 7‑day look‑ahead plan for equipment, materials, and personnel.
• Lead HSE audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective‑action validation.
• Coordinate with HSE and logistics personnel as matrix manager on location.
• Ensure compliance with engineered well design and contractual objectives.

Required profile

• High school diploma (undergraduate degree preferred).
• Minimum five years rig‑site experience, including at least three years in operational management.
• Current IADC or IWCF supervisory well‑control certification.
