Wholesale Billing Analyst

About the role

Vodafone Oman is building the country’s newest network and is looking for a proactive Wholesale Billing Analyst to join its fully Omani‑owned team. The role will support the wholesale billing function, ensuring accurate invoicing, settlement and financial reporting for telecom traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the wholesale billing department in meetings with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Execute month‑end invoicing and settlement processes for wholesale telecom traffic.
• Establish and optimise the new interconnect billing workstream and related processes.
• Meet service‑level targets for billing, settlement, financial and management reporting.
• Perform revenue‑assurance activities and raise work‑completion confirmations (WCC) for invoices, tracking partner payments.
• Provide data analysis to internal teams to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• University degree (any discipline).
• Technical knowledge of the telecom sector, preferably with experience in wholesale billing.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial and statistical data.
• Good negotiation skills and ability to work in a fast‑changing, entrepreneurial environment.
