Wholesale Mobility Business Expert

About the role

The role focuses on acquiring and managing carrier and mobile services customers for ZOI, delivering wholesale mobility services and related products. You will build strong customer relationships, meet sales and market‑share targets, and support the overall wholesale strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall customer relationships, monitor annual revenue objectives, SLAs and KPIs, and ensure delivery of tailored solutions.
• Develop and convert the sales pipeline into actual sales, achieving defined sales targets.
• Coordinate daily with finance, technical, switching and billing teams to resolve issues, configure tariffs and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Monitor voice traffic trends, quality reports and QoS, proposing actions to address abnormalities and optimise capacity.
• Conduct market intelligence on pricing, negotiate voice‑related agreements, and upsell/cross‑sell mobility services such as signalling, IPX, GRX and APIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience managing international wholesale mobility accounts (messaging, signalling, IPX, GRX, APIs, VAS).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Business Objects, ASCADE or similar voice‑management tools.
• Ability to perform traffic‑trend analysis and interpret contracts and financial reports.
• Strong telecom domain knowledge of international wholesale markets.
• Project‑management capabilities and understanding of fixed and mobile network services.
