Workshop Manager – Aluminum & Shading

About the role

We are seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee aluminum and shading fabrication operations in Oman. The role includes production planning, team supervision, quality control, material management, safety, and timely delivery to project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Plan workshop production in line with approved drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.
• Supervise fabrication of windows, doors, pergolas, louvers, canopies, and facades.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams to meet installation timelines.
• Control material wastage, rework, and production costs.
• Maintain quality and safety standards and submit production reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of aluminum and shading fabrication experience in the GCC.
• Proven workshop leadership and site coordination experience.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GCC construction standards and regulations.
