About the role
Lycopodium is seeking an Administration Assistant to support its construction project team in Oman. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will ensure timely and professional delivery of project documentation and administrative services.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate project meetings, workshops and weekly/monthly reviews.
- Prepare, format and distribute project documents, minutes, reports and complex technical files.
- Register, file and control all project documentation according to company procedures and client standards.
- Manage document transmission, uploading, logging and distribution.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for Lycopodium personnel and act as liaison with Global Mobility and client logistics.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across business units.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to accuracy.
- Professional integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro.
