AI Automation Specialist

About the role

Al Yousef Group is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design, develop, and implement AI‑powered automation solutions across the organization. The role collaborates with business and functional teams to translate process challenges into practical AI applications that boost efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess business processes suitable for AI and automation.
• Work with stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Design and develop AI agents and automated workflows using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Integrate AI solutions with ERP, HR, CRM, databases, SharePoint, email, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop prototypes/POCs and transition successful solutions into reliable production workflows.
• Implement logging, monitoring, error handling, security, and access controls for automation solutions.
• Document automation workflows, business logic, integrations, and operational procedures.
• Monitor deployed automations and continuously improve performance and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in AI, automation, cloud or related technologies are a plus.
• Practical project experience in AI automation or intelligent automation.

Required skills

• AI automation and intelligent automation concepts.
• Generative AI, large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Automation platforms: n8n, Power Automate, Make, Zapier.
• REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication and system integration.
• Database experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Programming/scripting in Python and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases and document processing.
• Understanding of data security, access control and responsible AI use.
