Asset Management Analyst – Hospitality Portfolio

About the role

This position supports a hospitality investment and asset management group in Oman. The Analyst will provide financial, operational and market analysis for existing hotels and new development projects, helping to drive performance, growth and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial and operational performance across hospitality assets.
• Monitor key hotel metrics such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, GOP and profitability.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards and performance summaries for management review.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and hospitality trend analysis.
• Assist with feasibility studies for new hospitality developments and investment opportunities.
• Help prepare investment memorandums, presentations and management reports.
• Work with internal teams and hotel operators to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate financial models, databases and analytical tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in hospitality asset management, hotel finance, feasibility, investment analysis, consulting or hotel performance analytics.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and key performance indicators.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
