Assistant Manager – Medical Delegate (Infant Nutrition)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Medical Delegate to join our Nestlé Infant Nutrition team in Muscat, Oman on a six‑month contract. You will ethically detail our infant nutrition products to medical and paramedical professionals, supporting mothers who are unable or choose not to breastfeed.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse market intelligence on infant nutrition, competitors, healthcare professionals, institutions and retail outlets.
• Plan and execute territory coverage, segment prospects, schedule visits and optimise routes.
• Communicate Nestlé’s purpose, values and product information to healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with WHO Code and local regulations.
• Support healthcare providers with continuing medical education, equipment requests and other services to build sustainable relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities and report data for analysis and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Clinical Dietetics, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience, preferably in nutrition or medical field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to collect, analyse and report market data.
