Audio Visual Engineer Technician – Marina Systems

About the role

Jumeirah Muscat Bay is seeking a dedicated Technician specialized in audio‑visual and engineering systems to support the operation and maintenance of its marina facilities. The role involves ensuring the reliability of a wide range of technical infrastructure while working on‑site in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all technical systems within the marina, including sewage, water, electrical power, lighting, pump‑out systems, fire protection and related equipment.
• Ensure proper operation and compliance of seawater circulation, sanitary facilities, substations, pump stations, sewage treatment, water tanks and coastal structures.
• Coordinate hazardous waste disposal with authorized providers and uphold environmental and safety regulations.
• Arrange external maintenance services for infrastructure that cannot be handled internally and assist the Marina Manager with technical maintenance budgeting.
• Inspect marina safety equipment, support Facility Management and external vendors during onsite works, and issue work permits as needed.
• Monitor water and electricity consumption, record monthly meter readings, maintain technical documentation, and report any damage for insurance purposes.

Required profile

• High school education with a relevant technical diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
