Auto Electrician – Vehicle Electrical Systems Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to diagnose, repair, and maintain the electrical systems of a variety of vehicles in Oman. The role involves working with wiring, batteries, electronic control units and other components to ensure vehicle safety and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify electrical issues through diagnostic tests and visual inspections.
• Install, repair, and replace wiring harnesses, connectors, and related components.
• Perform regular maintenance on batteries, starters, alternators and other electrical systems.
• Install new electrical systems, components and accessories as required.
• Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities.
• Communicate with customers about issues, repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety standards and regulations in all work.

Required profile

• Male candidates, aged 25‑40.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical training in automotive electrical systems preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an auto electrician or in a related field.
• Immediate availability.

Required skills

• Valid Oman driving licence.
• Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems.
