Automation Test Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to drive the design, development, and execution of automated test solutions for web, mobile, and API applications. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in building scalable frameworks, leading a testing team, and ensuring high‑quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead automation testing initiatives across Web, Mobile, and API platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable automation frameworks.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Review automation code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior team members.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide regular project status updates.

Required profile

• 9–10 years of software testing experience with a strong focus on automation.
• Proven experience leading automation teams and building automation frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with Web, Mobile, and API automation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
