Barista – Full‑time Café Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to join our on‑site team in Masqat, Oman. In this full‑time position you will craft coffee and tea beverages, serve light snacks, and ensure every guest enjoys a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, and tea drinks following standard recipes.
• Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, safely and efficiently.
• Handle food preparation tasks such as pastries and light snacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Greet guests, take orders, process payments via POS, and address guest inquiries professionally.
• Restock supplies, support opening and closing procedures, and collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service.

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal communication.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced café environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and follow health‑safety guidelines.
