Catering & Sales Executive – Muscat

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Catering & Sales Executive to join our hospitality team in Muscat. The role involves generating new catering business, developing corporate accounts, managing client relationships, promoting F&B services, and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for corporate catering, events, group dining and F&B services.
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, ministries, hotels, schools and event organisers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, menus and packages, and coordinate food tastings with the Chef and Operations team.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines.
• Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects and sales opportunities and produce regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with Operations and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed events and collect post‑event feedback.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Previous experience in restaurant sales, hotel sales, catering or F&B business development is preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of the corporate and hospitality market in Muscat is an advantage.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, confident and well‑organized.
• Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus; valid Oman driving licence preferred.
